Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book a seat for the Tunas Kijang Concert 2026 through this website, operated by Krista Education Sdn. Bhd. (266347-X), trading as TKBuddy Events. By booking, you accept them.

1. The event

• SUPERHEROES: The Rise of the Little Heroes
• Saturday, 28 November 2026, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Auditorium, Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur

Graduation runs in the morning for the graduating 6 year olds; the concert runs in the afternoon for all 4, 5 and 6 year olds. Timings are indicative and may shift on the day.

2. Who may book

Booking is open to the parent or guardian of an enrolled child, using the 6-digit 6-digit code for that child. One child, one booking.

Keep this code private. Anyone who has it can book for your child and can open the resulting ticket. Tell the school at once if you believe someone else has used it.

3. Seats and fees

• RM 325 — 6 year olds, covering Graduation and the Concert. Also open to 5 year-olds joining Standard 1 next year.
• RM 225 — 4 and 5 year olds, Concert only.

The fee is one payment per child and covers up to two seats together for that child's family. It also covers the concert costume, rehearsal transport, professional photography and videography, and refreshments during the event.

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Online sales open on 1 November 2026. All tickets must be bought through this website.

4. How a booking is made

While you choose your seats they are held for 15 minutes. If you do not finish paying within that time, the hold expires and the seats return to sale — you can simply start again. Only one booking per child can be in progress at a time.

Your booking is confirmed only once your bank confirms payment and we have emailed your ticket. Reaching the payment page is not a confirmed booking.

5. Refunds, changes and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another child, except as set out below. Please check your seats and the child's name before paying.

• If the event is cancelled by the school, you receive a full refund.
• If the event is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend then, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
• If you are charged but receive no ticket, contact us and we will either issue the ticket or refund you in full.
• If you are charged twice for the same child, we refund the duplicate.

Refunds are returned to the account used to pay, and typically take 7–14 working days once approved. To request one, email itsupport@krista.com.my with your ticket reference.

6. On the day

• Bring your ticket reference — on your phone or printed. You can reopen your ticket at any time with your child's 6-digit code.
• Please arrive in good time; latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break before being seated.
• Seats are yours as booked. Please do not move to seats you have not paid for.
• Children attending as audience members must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
• We may refuse admission or ask anyone to leave for behaviour that disrupts the performance or endangers others. No refund is given in that case.

7. Photography and recording

The school photographs and films the event. By attending, you accept that you and your family may appear in those recordings, and that the school may use them for school records and promotion. If you would prefer not to appear, tell the school in writing before the event.

Personal photography for your own memories is welcome. Please do not use flash during performances, and do not publish images of other people's children without their consent.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Billplz using FPX online banking. We never receive or store your banking credentials. Your bank's own terms apply to the payment itself.

9. If something goes wrong with the website

We aim to keep this site available throughout the sale, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical fault prevents you from completing a booking, contact us and we will help you book. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Your data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
